I had a spell-binding time exploring the dramatic landscapes of North Wales. A particular highlight was climbing Yr Wyddfa; I went via the Pyg Track on the way up and the Miner's Track on the way down. It was a challenging walk but I was rewarded with extremely beautiful views. It was as if the landscape had been directly lifted out of Lord of the Rings. I also had the pleasure of exploring Conwy and Portmeirion; equally lovely and quaint places.
